Today we take another step forward in consolidating Nissi Energy's presence in Canada.

After completing our federal incorporation on November 17, 2025, we have now received the Avis d'immatriculation issued by the Registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ), officially confirming our registration and authorization to operate in the province of Québec.

This registration marks the second phase of our corporate presence in Canada and enables us to move forward with our commercial and technological activities in the province.
